Pork chops
Thinly sliced onion
Thinly sliced lemon
Brown sugar
Ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in baking pan. Top each with the following in this order: thin slice of onion, thin slice of lemon, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, and 1 tsp. of ketchup. Cover, Bake in preheated 350º F. oven for 1 hour. Uncover, baste and cook until done.
