1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
⅔ cup water
2 ½ cups white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil (vegetable)
3 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix pumpkin, water, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil.

In a separate bowl, combine and SIFT all together the flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Gradually, fold in the sifted flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture.

In 2 loaf pans, spray with non-stick cooking spray and coat with sugar. Pour in batter quickly!

Bake for about 1 hour.
