1 cup water
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Add flour and stir rapidly until all flour separates from pan and mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat; set aside and let cool. Add (4) unbeaten eggs one at a time; mix well. Drop by slightly heaping teaspoonfuls onto foil lined cookie sheet and bake until done (checking constantly) approx. 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool.

When ready to serve; cut cream puffs in half, remove dough inside, add filling. Only fill as many cream puffs as needed to keep them from getting soggy. Refrigerate leftovers.
