4 eggs
1 ⅔ cups white sugar
1 cup oil
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 13" x 9" baking sheet pan. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, white sugar, oil, and can of pumpkin until well blended.

In a separate bowl, combine and mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.

Gradually, combine and mix the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. Mix well.

Pour mixture into greased baking pan.

Bake about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

Cool completely.

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Combine and mix the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla.

Gradually, add the powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.

Spread over the bars.

Store in the refrigerator.
