1 stick butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar
1 can of Pet Milk© or Carnation©
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt the butter on low heat in a sauce pan on the stove; add the chocolate chips and stir until melted and blended.
2. Gradually stir in the powdered sugar and the pet milk - stir until blended.
3. Bring all to a boil for about 8 minutes - stirring constantly.
4. Remove from stove and add the vanilla.
5. Beat well with a small electric mixer. Serve while warm over ice cream.

This is a thick and rich fudgy topping. I makes any cake or ice-cream feel like it's the best dressed dessert in town! Another, OMG!
