3 red bell peppers seeded, rough chop
2 cloves garlic chopped or roasted garlic cloves
1/2 c. Whole blanched almonds
1 t. Smoked paprika
1/2 t. Red pepper flakes
1/4 c. Tomato purée
1 T. Tomato paste
Harissa
1/4 c. Parsley chop
1 T. Sherry vinegar
1/2 c. Olive oil
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dutch oven over medium heat, all olive oil.
Add peppers, garlic, almonds. Add salt, paprika, red pepper flakes. Cook 6-10 min.
Add tomato paste and cook 1-2 min. Then Harissa
Transfer to food processor. Add purée, parsley, vinegar, olive oil. Pulse until smooth.
