¾ C. soft bread crumbs
⅓ C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
4 tilapia fillets (5 oz. each)

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt and oregano.
Coat fillets in crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Place in a preheated 375º F. oven for about 12-15 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.
