6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
⅓ C. apricot preserves
1 (16-oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together preserves, dressing and dry onion soup mix.
2. Place chicken in a casserole dish. Pour mixture over the chicken.
3. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
4. Serve on a bed of rice.
