5 strips of bacon, fried and crumbled
2 lbs. lean gound beef
2 quarts whole tomatoes and juice
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 T. sugar
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup, celery, chopped
4-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into about 1 inch pieces
1 cup cabbage, shredded
2 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry first two ingredients together (meat). I pre-cut the bacon prior to frying. Drain off excess grease drippings.
Add all other ingredients and simmer until tender.
Serve and enjoy.

I love a "one-pot" meal and this one is a winner! Chocked full for veggies; a super easy and yummy one dish meal! Serve with a dinner roll and your favorite lettuce salad; sound the dinner-bell!!!
