This is a muffin that I would have at Breakfast all the time; any leftovers than lunch

2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup melted butter

1 egg

1/2 lb. bacon, diced and cooked DEGREASED BACON

3/4 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl stir together the milk, butter and egg.

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

Mix together well then fold in bacon and cheese.

Scoop into greased pan.

Bake 350º for 30 mins.

After making these I had one warm and cut it in half and drizzled some maple syrup on it; the real maple syrup. YUM YUM
