1 Tbsp Oil
3/4 lb lean ground turkey breast
1 Cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Can stewed tomatoes (16 oz)
1 Cup ketchup
1/3 Cup packed brown sugar
1/4 Cup molasses
1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp dry mustard
2 Cans dark - red kidney beans, rinsed and drained (15.5 oz ea)
2 Cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained (15.5 oz ea)
1 cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)

1. Heat oil in a large stew-pot. Add turkey, onion, garlic, chilli powder, and cumin. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until turkey browns and onion is tender (about 10 min).
2. Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Add beans. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or longer.
