½ package yeast in 3 cups warm water
Add 1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
½ cup melted shortening
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat in enough flour to make thick batter. Knead in more flour to make soft, but not sticky dough. Knead every hour five times for 5 hours. Cover and let rise. Bake at 350º for 15- 20 minutes.
