3-Large Eggs-210 calories
Fresh Spinach - 8 calories
Cheese: Sliced/Shredded
/or Cheese Melt (Velveeta)
(No more than 80 calories.)
2- Spinach Wraps: "Ole Extreme Wellness"- (50 cal. each)=100 calories total or
1-Joseph's -Flax Oat Bran &Whole Wheat Pita Bread (cut in half -2 pieces)= 60 calories total

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Put stove eye on medium heat.
Put spinach in first and let cook about 2 minutes. (Then reduce your heat a little.)
Add your 3 eggs and begin to scramble mixture.
Add cheese last and continue to scramble.
When cheese melts your eggs should be done.
Place mixture on (wraps or pita bread) and enjoy!!!
