Peach Cream Pie Recipe

1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 cups sliced peaches
5 tablespoons plain flour

Unbaked pie crust

Directions:

Combine sugar, flour and sour cream; add peaches. Pour into pie shell. Put pastry strips on top. Combine 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle on top of pie. Bake a 375° for 45 minutes.

If using canned peaches; use two cans and drain.
