Ingredients:  
6 strips of bacon
Small onion - chopped
1 T. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper
3 lbs. red potatoes (can use other potatoes)
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes and then slice. To make the sauce - partly fry bacon then add onion and fry together, stir in flour. Then add the rest of ingredients except potatoes. Layer potatoes and sauce, serve warm.
