Onion Buns, Bacon, Tomatoes, American Cheese and Colby Jack Cheese

1. Pre-cook bacon to almost done.
2. Slice open the onion buns, butter each slice and lay on a baking sheet.
3. Lay one half slice of American Cheese on bun.
4. Slice tomatoes to desired thickness. and place on onion bun.
5. Top with bacon slices.
6. Lay one-half slice of Colby Jack cheese on top of the bacon.
5. Place in 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes.

This recipe was updated accidently. I had all of the ingredients for the original recipe except English Muffins. Grabbed the onion buns and thus the updated version was created. Plus, by pre-cooking the bacon the bottoms do not burn as in the original version.
