Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper or waxed paper, greased and floured
Beat 3 large eggs about 4min.
Add 1c. Sugar gradually
Add 1 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
Sift together
1 1/4 A.P. Flour
2 tsp.B.P.
1/4 tsp.Salt
Heat 1/2 c. Milk add 1tbsp. Butter
Fold dry ingredients into batter. DO NOT BEAT.
Fold in hot milk and butter
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 400' for15 min.
Turn out on tea towel that has been sprinkled with icing sugar, trim crusty sides, roll, let cool.
