10 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE APPLES, PEELED CORED AND SLICED
1 C WHITE SUGAR
1 TBSP FLOUR
1 TSP GROUD CINNAMON
1/2 C WATER

TOPPING
1 1/2 C QUICK-COOKING OATS
1 1/2 C FLOUR
1 1/2 C PACKED B. SUGAR
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1 C MELTED BUTTER

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º
PLACE APPLES IN A 9X13 PAN.
MIX THE WHITE SUGAR, 1TBSP FLOUR, CINNAMON TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE OVER APPLES.
POUR WATER EVENLY OVER ALL APPLES.

TOPPING-COMBINE OATS, FLOUR, B. SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, AND MELTED BUTTER TOGETHER.
CRUMBLE EVENLY OVER THE APPLE MIXTURE.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES.
