Gelatin mixture:
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
¼ c cold water

4 eggs seperated
1 c sugar
½ c milk
1 ½ c canned pumpkin
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves




Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks with ½ c sugar
Add pumpkin, milk, and spices
Cook in double boiler until thick
Remove from heat and add gelatin mixture, then beat
Cool mixture in refrigerator
When cool fold in egg whites which have been beaten with ½ c sugar

Pour into baked pie shell
