1/4 cup Log Cabin Syrup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs. beaten
1 cam pumpkin
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tblsp. Log Cabin Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup, brown sugar, salt and spices. Add mixture to beaten eggs. Mix well. Add pumpkin and milk. Mix well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300º and bake for additional 25-30 minutes, until knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.
Top with cream which has beaten with syrup until stiff.
