2 pkgs. cream cheese (8 oz. each)
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (10 3/4 oz. each)
4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (10 ozs. each)
2 cans fried onions (2.8 ozs. each)
2/3 cup saltine crackers, crushed (about 16 crackers)
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add soup and mix well. Stir in, thawed and well drained, spinach and onions. Put into a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over spinach mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 325º for 30-35 minutes
