4 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup strawberry jello powder
1 pkg white cake mix
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup coconut
1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
6 Tbsp melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange rhubarb in greased 9 X 13. Combine sugar & jello powder. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Sprinkle dry cake mix over. Pour hot water over cake mix. Do not stir. Top with coconut and almonds. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 min.
