3 eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup of sugar or a little less
1 tsp. vanilla

Crumbs
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. margarine
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla. Beat well until smooth.

For crumbs: Melt margarine, add to crumbs and sugar, and blend. Press into bottom of pan to form a crust. Pour wet mixture on top.

Cook about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
