1 C brown sugar
1/2 C melted butter
2 eggs
3 C oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the sugar, butter and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.

This is a great recipe from the Kircher family! We like to serve it with Greek yogurt and fruit and drizzled with honey or maple syrup. It's an easy recipe when you have out of town guests because you can just set everything out and let them make their own "bowl".
