1 C butter
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. rum
2 C flour
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the butter, sugar & salt until fluffy. Beat in the rum. Stir in the flour until smooth and refrigerate the dough until firm (about an hour).
Form the dough into very small balls and bake at 350º for about 10 minutes or until golden (not brown).
Slowly melt the chocolate and 2 T. butter.
Use the melted chocolate to attach the flat side of two cookies together, so that each "cookie' will be two smalls with chocolate in the middle.

Personal Notes:
The Neuks have fun memories of making these cookies with the Lacy's for Valentines Day. Apparently, "baci' is Italian for "kiss"...so the little cookies "kiss" with chocolate. They're delicious - buttery and not too sweet!
