1 1/2 C flour
2/3 C sugar
1/2 C cornmeal
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 C milk
2 eggs
1/3 C oil
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients well and pour into a buttered 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

This is one of the most well-worn recipe cards at the Neukom house! It's a sweet, moist cornbread and a great side for filling hungry guys!
