Dough - 2 eggs, 5-6 cups flour

Stuffing: 4 pkgs. spinach
1-1/2 lbs. ground ham ends
about 6 eggs
about 1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients with mixer. Once in a ball, knead and then place in a covered dish for about an hour.
After an hour, run through dough machine to make sheet of pasta. After mixing filling, place the filling by the tablespoonful into the ravioli maker forms and then cover with another sheet of dough. Continue the process until done. Sprinkle the ravioli with flour to help dry. Once dry place in boiling water for about 5 minutes until ravioli come to the top of the pot.
