4 C. limes, quartered (including the peel)
6 C. water
2 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Place sugar, limes, sweetened condensed milk, and 2 C. of water in a blender. Pulse for 3 seconds. Then pour through a strainer and add remaining 4 C. of water.

Joan brought this to Sunday dinner for one of our birthday celebrations and it was a massive hit with everyone. We all love Tucanos and this tastes exactly like their signature drink. She now has to bring it for all major celebrations. She just brought it for our Easter dinner and it went very well with our ham dinner.

You can double or triple this to scale to the size of your party.
