1/2 c softened butter
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 (16 oz) can hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c plus tbsp flour
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)

FROSTING:
1/4 c softened butter
1/4 c milk
1 1/4 c sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add vanilla, chocolate syrup, flour and nuts (if using). Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Cook for 35 minutes. Frosting: bring butter, milk and sugar to a boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 c chocolate chips. Beat until smooth. Spread on brownies.
