BOTTOM LAYER:
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c butter, softened
1/4 c sugar
SECOND LAYER:
1 c raspberry jam
TOP LAYER:
2 eggs
1 c sugar
2 c shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbs flour

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom layer: combine first three ingredients. Mix together until crumbled. Press into greased 9×9 pan. Filling: spoon jam in small dabs here and there over bottom layer. Top layer: beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, coconut, vanilla, baking powder and flour. Stir to combine well. Spread over jam layer. Bake in 350° oven for at least 40 minutes until medium brown all over. Cool and cut into 36 squares.
