4 Porterhouse or ribeye Steaks about 1 ½ inch thick
Olive oil to coat steaks

Wildcatter Steak Rub:

1/3 cup granulated beef base
1 tbsp Kosher salt
½ cup coarsely ground pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp dried oregano
½ cup paprika
1 tbsp thyme leaves
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry minced garlic

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Rub on steaks when you are ready to grill.
