Brine Solution:

36 oz apple cider
1 ½ cups Kosher salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. black peppercorns
4 cloves garlic
4 bay leaves
Ice water

Stuffing:

1 large onion
4 sprigs of fresh parsley
2 stalks celery
2 Granny Smith apples

Directions:
Directions:
For a 12-14 lb. turkey, wash and clean thoroughly. Mix all brine ingredients in a large container or cooler that will seal. Place turkey in brine with ice and water covering completely. Seal and leave overnight.

Remove from brine and drain (but do not rinse). Place apple, onion, parsley, and celery in cavity and tie legs with butcher string.

Set grill to 350º degrees. Place turkey directly on grating and cook for 2 ½ to 3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165º. Let rest 20 minutes before carving.
