One can of refried beans
Two ripe tomatoes
One bunch of scallions
One cube of cream cheese
One container of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
First spread half inch layer of beans in one quart square pan.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the beans.
Spread two tablespoons of sour cream on top of the cream cheese.
Make a layer of chopped tomatoes on the sour cream.
Chop the scallions and put on chopped tomatoes to top it off.
