1 C. water
1 T. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. oregano
3 C. bread flour
1½ tsp. yeast (1 package)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put machine setting on "manual" (1 hour 40 minutes - approximately)
2. This recipe can make one more doughy pizza or two thin crusts (you can freeze half).
3. Roll and press onto pizza pan; spread the sauce evenly over dough.
4. Add your favorite pizza toppings; sprinkle with cheese of your choice.
5. Bake at 450º for about 10-15 minutes.
TIP: If making thick crust, you need to bake approximately 10 minutes before adding your toppings.
