2 packages crescent rolls
1 egg, separated
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
Cinnamon
Sugar (1 1/4 c. sugar)

Directions:
spread 1 package crescent roll dough in bottom of 9x12 inch baking pan. Mix 1 c. sugar, egg yolk and cream cheese together until smooth. Spread over crescent roll dough in pan. Place 1 package crescent roll over mixture in pan. Mix 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon together. Beat egg white until frothy and spread over top of bars. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over egg white. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
