¼ C. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
3 C. Bisquick© mix
½ C. water
1 C. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1, Mix warm water and yeast together; let stand for 10 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix Bisquick and ½ C. water. Add yeast mixture. Let rise 45 to 60 minutes and divide into 4 parts.
3. Roll each part into a large retangle (approximately 8½ 11 inches) about ¼ inch thick. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Roll up from long side and cut into 9 pieces.
4. Place on a greased 7 X 11 inch pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
5. Cover and let rise in a warm place about 45 to 60 minutes.
6. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.

Yield: 3 dozen
