1 stick melted butter
2 cups sugar
2 tbs. vanilla
3/4 lb. fine egg noodles, cooked
3 lbs. ricotta cheese
24 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend with sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Stir well, add ricotta, stir well. Have noodles cooked, drained, and cooled, and then add to above mixture. Beat well and cook in a 350º oven until firm.
