Directions:
Very lightly spray sides with oil spray

Crust:
Mix all ingredients well and press in bottom of 10" spring form pan.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cheesecake:
Cream the Cheese and sugar
Add flour beat well
add heavy cream
add lemon juice beat well
add vanilla beat well
add 3 eggs beat well
add 4 eggs beat well

Once you add eggs only beat to combine, over beating eggs contributes to the top cracking.
Also, wrap pan with aluminum foil bottom and up the sides because you want to cook on a cookie sheet with sides and put 1 cup of water in cookie sheet. This is to keep oven moist. Place cake in a roasting pan with a cup of water.

Then, pour cheese mixture in pan and bake for 65 minutes at 350º. shut off oven and leave in for 1 hour.

Let cake come to room temp., put cake in ref ridge for 24 hours

Personal Notes:
We do not know who grandma got this recipe from. Mommy remembers grandma making it when she was little. So it means grandma possibly got it sometime in the 1940s or earlier.

The star dessert of Christmas Eve dinner.
