2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
6-8 lamb rib chops, trimmed
2 tsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Gently rub herb mixture into lamb. Heat a large skillet over med high heat. Add oil to pan and swirl to coat. Add lamb; cook 3 min on each side or until desired doneness. I recall that it took longer than 3 min like maybe 5 per side. Remove and let stand 5 min before serving. Good and simple recipe.
