Eggs at room temperature

-boil water (enough to cover eggs)
-add room temperature eggs to boiling water, bring to a boil again and boil 6 minutes
- remove pot from heat and let eggs sit in hot water for 6 more minutes.
- add ice to pot and six another 6 minutes
-roll eggs while applying mild presure and peel. (they can be put back into water after rolling them to peel under water)
