2 big lemons
4 eggs well beaten
2 c sugar
1 pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Slice lemons thin. Let stand with sugar 2 hours. Add beaten eggs and lemon. Turn in pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake 15 minutes at 450º. Reduce heat to 375º and bake for 20 minutes.
