3 egg whites
1 sugar
20 ritz crackers crushed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add sugar to beaten egg whites. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into well greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. When cool, whip I cup real cream with little sugar and vanilla and put on pie. Let stand over night in refrigerator.
