Boneless chicken cubes - 2 lbs.
Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tsp.
Salt - 2.5 tsp.
Mirchi - 1.5 tsp.
Garam Masala - 1.5 tsp
Oil - .25 cup
Butter - .25 cup
Black pepper - 1 tsp.
Tomato paste or sauce - 1 small can.
Minced garlic - tsp.
Sour-cream - 1 lb.
Heavy whipping cream - 3 cups.
Dried mehthi - 1 tsp.
Food coloring deep orange.

Sabith garam masala -
kala zeera - .5 tsp.
laung, elaichi - 2 each
Cinnamon stick - 1

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade the chicken with the ginger garlic paste, salt, mirchi and garam masala powder and set aside for 1 hour.
In a deep pot heat the oil on medium high heat and add the sabith garam masala, as it starts to sizzle add the tomate paste can and garlic minced and give it a good stir and let it cook for 5 minutes.
