1 whole loaf of bread
4 T chopped celery
1 med. onion
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2T butter
3 cups chicken broth
3 eggs well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Toast bread, cut into cubes. Combine celery, onion,poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Add bread cubes. Add butter to broth and bring to a boil. Add to bread mixture. Add eggs last. Stir well. Bake one hour
