5c. large flake rolled oats
2c. barley flakes
1½c. raw unsalted nuts(almonds, filberts, pecans)
1c. sesame seeds
1c. raw unsalted sunflower seeds
1c. raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
1c. skim milk powder
1c. wheat germ
1c. unsweetened coconut
¾c. olive or canola oil
½c. molasses
½c. liquid honey
1tbsp. cinnamon
2c. dried fruit(raisins, apricots, mango, pineapple, banana, cranberries, ect..)

Directions:

In a large roasting pan, mix oats, barley flakes, raw nuts, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, skim milk, wheat germ, and coconut.

Combine oil, molasses, honey, and cinnamon. Stir thoroughly into oat mixture.

Bake in 325ºF oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown; stir frequently. Watch carefully can get brown really fast!!.

Allow to cool; stir in fruit. Store, covered in a cool, dry location.
