1 cup of butter or margarine
1½ cups of sugar
2 tsp. of vanilla
2 cups of unsifted all-purpose flour
⅔ cup of Hershey's Cocoa
¾ tsp. of baking soda
½ tsp. of salt
2 cups(12-oz. package) Reese's peanut butter chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter or margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. stir in Peanut Butter Chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Or chill until firm enough to handle and shape small amounts of dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet onto wire rack. Makes about 5 dozen 2½-inch cookies.

I make this dessert every family gathering usually around Christmas or Thanksgiving. It is a very popular and tasty dish to us and it's a reminder that we are very fortunate to have the things that we have.
