4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups pumpkin (1 15oz. can)
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp ginger, ground
¼ tsp cloves, ground
½ cup raisins, optional

Icing:
1 3oz. package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar

Directions:

Cake
1. Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Mix together well. Stir in all purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger, cloves, and raisins.

2. Turn into a greased 15½ x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.

3. Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.

4. Cool.

Frosting
1. Mix together all ingredients except for confectioner sugar. Gradually mix in confectioner sugar until smooth and to spreading consistency.

2. Frost cake and cut into 49 pieces.

3. Refrigerate any leftovers.
