2 cornbread (see cornbread recipe)
4 tbsp butter
3 stalks celery, diced
2 small onions, diced
4 eggs, beaten
3 cans chicken stock
4 tbsp dried sage
salt and pepper to taste
1 slice of white bread, dried

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl, crumble cornbread in large pieces and set aside.

2. Preheat oven to 350º - 375º.

3. Grease large baking dish.

4. In large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the celery and onion until soft.

5. In a large bowl, combine celery, onion, eggs, chicken broth, crumbled corn bread, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all is coated. May need to add more chicken broth if not wet enough.

6. Place into prepared dish and bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Fluff with fork half way through baking.

Optional: Can bake at 425º for 30 minutes.
