1 15oz. Eagle Brand condensed milk
Juice of 2 lemons
grated 1 lemon rind
2 egg yolks
2 boxes vanilla wafers, crumbled
½ pint of whipping cream, whipped into cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon rind, and egg yolks together to make pudding.

2. Crumble vanilla wafers

3. In 1 qt casserole, put layer of pudding, crumbs and cool whip. Continue with layers ending with cool whip. Chill overnight.
