1 c shortening
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
1/2 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Shape in rolls and chill in refrigerator.
Slice 1/8 inch thick and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at about 400º for 10 minutes
